Department OverviewInside Sales is a vital part of each regional sales team. We are the first point of contact for new clients. We provide resources for various regions globally. Our role includes assisting with project details and generating new business.
Job Description

Responsibilities:

Answering and qualifying customer/client pre-sale inquiries concerning Motorola solutions, products, or services - building and managing lead development pipeline

Qualifying all sales leads based upon lead qualification criteria definitions

Generating prospective customers through cold calling and qualifies leads

Tactfully and courteously interfacing with customers in order to build strong business relationships

Mailing marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keeping up-to-date

Acting as a single point of contact

Additional Knowledge/Skills: 

Inbound Sales Representative should:

Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills in order to deliver customer-focused solutions

Educate customers on respective business processes and procedures- proactively continue to understand products & solutions

Demonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and services

Display strong verbal communication skills through daily customer interaction

Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications during customer interaction

Utilize internal business tools and applications to effectively qualify and resolve the customer’s issues. This involves multi-tasking between systems while interacting with the customer


Basic Requirements

1+ years of experience within an Inside Sales organization

Preferred Salesforce.com CRM experience and Outreach tool

Required native or fluent German and English language (spoken & written) 

Some travel may be required during the execution of the duties
