Global Merchant Services (GMS) has an excellent opportunity available for a dynamic and driven sales professional in our Inbound Telesales (IBTS) team.  Adding more Amex accepting merchants to our network is one of the key priorities of GMS and with an aim to drive a superior on-boarding experience to our prospects through effective collaboration with back-office teams, we have created this in-house team. It will primarily be receiving Inbound requests from prospect customers in Australia and New Zealand who want to become our merchants and need assistance in getting their initial queries resolved. Aside to following the right sales process to convert those warm leads to sales, the team is expected to complete the KYC documentation.  The end-to-end process would also need outbound calls to be made for collection of missing documents or seeking clarifications. We are looking for candidates with strong customer and sales focus who believe good enough isn’t good enough.

How will you make an impact in this role?

 Make sales (outbound/inbound sales role) and convert leads Meet expected individual targets/KPIs and contribute to business sales targets and maintain high quality on calls  Maintain a detailed understanding of associated processes and procedures ensuring compliance with all regulatory needs   Apply sales tools to drive higher conversion rate of prospects to customers  Deliver the best-in-class merchant service.  Share feedback and seek timely resolution of customer queries  Work with various stakeholders for an end-to-end closure of a new/existing lead 

 

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate with up to 3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Customer Care  Experience in Inbound Customer Care environment with a result driven approach  Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills and proven ability to consistently deliver excellent results in challenging and competitive environments.  Be a skilled communicator who uses active listening to quickly gain an understanding of clients' needs and communicate in a clear, concise, articulate manner.  Ability to build and leverage strong relationships and confidently deliver a sales proposition.  Problem solving and conflict resolution skills  Team player with the ability to work in groups and contribute to team success.  Self-motivator with a strong work ethic.  Creative out of the box thinker.  Great team player with a passion to exceed personal targets.  Prior knowledge or experience in financial services or ANZ market is a plus.  Malaysian Citizen or a Talent Pass - Residence holder
