What You’ll Do:
Monitor, track, and communicate the progress of inbound shipments to ensure efficient and timely updatesResponsible for global inbound shipments to North America distribution centersBooking exception management in Origin Cargo Management (OCM) providers system(s)Communicate shipment updates with stakeholders i.e. brand operations/production, customer service, sales and the DCDaily follow-up with service providers (ocean, air, dray carriers) regarding shipment statusResponsible for driving issue resolution to enable timely receiving of shipments at Distribution CentersPartner with Customs team for any documentation or import issuesPrepare and publish reports related to Inbound transportation status and KPI performanceAttend weekly inbound meetings and provide insights to stakeholdersIdentify and implement internal process improvements and new ideas to maximize serviceDevelop best practice for import logistics processesYou’ll Need to Have:
1-2 years of relevant work experience within logisticsStrong written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate Microsoft excel skillsDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environmentHighly organized and detail-orientedExcellent time management skillsTeam-player with excellent relationship-buildingWe’d Love to See:
