INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SPECALIST

Hourly Pay Rate: $17-$19 

Provides support for incident management to the Quality Improvement (QI) Department, as well as other agency programs.  Responsible for ensuring confidentiality is strictly maintained concerning all agency related information.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES Investigation processing, including regular communication verbally and electronically with Quality Improvement Department, OPWDD and the Justice Center Data entry using multiple databases for internal (excel) and oversight entities (IRMA, WSIR), including 30 day reporting updates and review of incidents Distributes Letter of Determination , Justice Center Investigations, and agency Quality Improvement Investigations Maintenance of Quality Improvement records; both paper and electronic records Redacts documents  Assists in gathering supportive documentation for Corrective Action Plans Attends and manages the agenda and meeting minutes for IRCI, IRC II, M&M, investigator meetings, Quality Improvement Department meetings, and other meetings as assigned Submits application for IRMA user access Responsible for recording time worked by punching the time clock at beginning and end of each shift Complies with all agency policies and procedures Other duties as assigned

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma and 3 years full time office experience OR Equivalent combination of training and experience AND Ability to sit for extended periods of time
