**Overview:** Candidates should be passionate about security. OSCP certification is a MUST HAVE. Skills in performing mobile application penetration testing (bonus), vulnerability research and supporting incident response. Coding experience is a plus with Python highly preferred. At least 3 years work experience in security. Any experience with offensive work and red teaming preferred, not required. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
