**Qualifications:**
+ Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Public Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience preferred.
+ Minimum 3 years' full-time experience in emergency management or related field.
+ Completion of Incident Command System (ICS) training, including FEMA courses: IS-100.c, IS-200.b, IS-700.b, IS-703.a, IS-706, IS-800.c
+ Experience with WebEOC incident management software preferred.
+ Must maintain readiness to deploy within 12 hours of activation.
+ Must maintain physical and mental health suitable for emergency settings under tight deadlines.
+ Must work in high-pressure environments in varied remote or austere locations for 14-21 straight days.
+ Capable of extended 12-hour shifts, including after-hours.
+ Strong memory for detail, leadership qualities, and sound judgment.
+ Able to work independently or as part of a team with limited supervision.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills in diverse formats.
+ Professional interpersonal skills including effective listening and non-verbal communication.
+ Adherence to business ethics, integrity, and compliance with all regulations.
+ Must pass appropriate criminal background checks.
