HOW A CONFIGURATION ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Provides configuration management support to assigned projectsDesigns and establishes configuration management documentationMaintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assignedAuthorizes the release of drawings and changes specified by Program Management and other functional groupsProvides advice and guidance on overall methods, procedures, and requirements to individuals responsible for the creation of entire incident processes and codes individual modules and complex functions for a client/server enterprise application tables/panels/reports, Builds and develops application Integrates software, develops external interfaces, and maintains technical documentationDesigns, develops most aspects of incident response, delegate to ensure resolution, responsible for all internal and external communications to all involvedTroubleshoots, resolves testing issues, and successful completion tasks assignedDevelops tools/scripts to support and improve current build and release process and continuous integration and delivery initiativesEnsures the integrity of builds and artifacts to support successful production releasesDrives technology release strategy, execution, and improvements across development life cycleDesigns a pipeline that minimizes manual involvement and leads to continuous improvementsCollaborates with other departments to implement best practices for release tools and process and improve productivityManages end-to-end availability, security, and performance of mission-critical release practices and environmentsParticipates in special projects as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree

● Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
● Required Skills and Abilities:

Detail oriented, organizational skills, ability to multitask and have outstanding customer service skills.  Fast-paced, High movement environment with occasional redirection in focus based on mission needs. Understanding the ticketing and task processesCompliance of Incident management policies

● Preferred Skills:

Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office suite and Service NowUnderstanding of installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware

The likely salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
