THE JOB:
As an Income Control Clerk, you will ensure all gaming-related documents are accurately scanned, indexed, and organized in the system for audit and accounting purposes. You’ll work with sensitive materials, and it’s essential to maintain confidentiality while delivering excellent service to internal customers and guests. You'll be part of a dynamic team and have the chance to work alongside professionals in the gaming industry, supporting compliance, reporting, and operational processes. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to build valuable experience in accounting, auditing, and compliance procedures in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
You’ll be responsible for scanning various gaming documents, ensuring they are legible, complete, and properly indexed in the Perceptive system. This requires attention to detail, accuracy, and time management to meet daily goals
You’ll organize documents by preparing them for scanning, removing staples, paperclips, and rubber bands, ensuring everything is in the right order and ready for processing
You'll be responsible for maintaining records and filing physical and digital documents, helping to ensure the company stays in compliance with state, federal, and local regulations
You’ll collaborate by communicating effectively with internal departments, ensuring their document needs are met and fostering a positive, professional environment
You’ll promote a friendly, helpful atmosphere by providing excellent guest service to all visitors, answering inquiries, and assisting with any concerns as part of MGM’s commitment to exceptional service standards
You’ll assist with additional tasks as needed, including meter reading, key maintenance, and other compliance-related activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Possesses technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly focused on Outlook, Word, and Excel) with strong keyboarding and typing skills
Has a strong attention to detail as your work will support crucial auditing and compliance functions, so precision is essential
Possesses a strong commitment to delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and positive interactions
Is a team player with a willingness to collaborate, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement by being solution-oriented and willing to support the team
Is able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the company’s high standards

$17.65 - $25.68Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
