Program Definition: Requires knowledge of: Program Management techniques, tools and frameworks; Benefits analysis; Program Planning tools and techniques. To define goals, deliverables and schedules for managing small to medium complexity projects in line with the overall strategic objectives. Create accountability matrix for the project under guidance. Program Estimation: Requires knowledge of: Program Estimation tools and techniques ; Risk Assessment and Mitigation tools and techniques. To assess and identify the resources required for successful completion of the project of small to medium complexity. Identify potential risks for successful completion of the project.
