What you'll do...

Tech. Problem Formulation: To translate/ co-own business problems within one's discipline to data related or mathematical solutions. Identifies appropriate methods/tools to be leveraged to provide a solution for the problem. Shares use cases and give examples to demonstrate how the method would solve the business problem.

Managing Functional Partnerships: Requires knowledge of Stakeholder identification and mapping; Stakeholder analysis; Stakeholder communication; Stakeholder engagement techniques; Stakeholder management effectiveness tools and methods; Fluency in many specialized business vernacular; Deep understanding of diverse markets to deliver customer and business value; adapt style and best practices to accommodate cultural differences. To understand the interests & profiles of key stakeholders to manage functional relationships. Analyse stakeholder technical needs and partner with them to share relevant information. Engage with business partners (internal/external) on a periodic basis and establish credibility for exchanging functional information.
 

Scope of Work:

Develop and maintain server-side applications using Spring Boot, Python, and Go. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs.Work with various SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., Cassandra) databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.Develop user-friendly web pages using React.js, HTML, and CSS.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object modelOptimize applications for maximum speed and design mobile-based features.Implement CSS styles and layouts, ensuring consistency across all platforms and browsers.Implementing CI/CD in all the applications developed.Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers.Write functional requirement documents and guides.Create quality mock-ups and prototypes.Contribute to system architecture discussions and decisions. Ensure that systems are designed to be scalable, maintainable, and secure.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.Diagnose and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality products.Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Proactively suggest improvements and optimizations.

Skillsets:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend development.Extensive experience in developing backend applications using Spring Boot, Python and or Go and thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.Proficiency in SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra).Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team success.Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).·     Proficient understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript and TypeScript.Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.Ability to undersatnd business requirements and convert it into tech specification.Working knowledge of test suite and unit test framework like Junit, scalatest etc.Working knowledge of test coverage tools like SonarCube etc.Technical Understanding od Scalable Architecture and best practices.
