This role is a part of the HR team and will focus on managing case investigations, statutory compliance, and employee relations processes across our India offices. This role requires a strong understanding of employment law and compliance, combined with the ability to conduct investigations, deliver training on workplace conduct, fostering continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with local and global standards.What You'll Bring
A post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations, ideally within a high-performing professional services environment or a multinational organization.Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements and ability to handle sensitive and complex ER matters with confidentiality and professionalism.Good experience and understanding of managing complex reporting relationships in a matrixed organization and ability to incorporate multiple cultures. Partnering, consulting, influencing & relationship management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills with the personal presence to influence others whether in small groups or presenting to large audiences Role model with strong values & experience of change management Flexible approach and ability to manage conflicting priorities Can develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
