Job Specifications and responsibilities:
Revenue Generation and Sales Management:
Propose and set area budget and sales targets along with regional head. Ensure sales growth and performance through store visits, sharing goals and monitoring KPI to support performance maximization. Area Sales and KPIs monitoring and corrective actions implementation through Store Visits and in-house tools. Excellent data management/mining skills and deriving trends/patterns out of the same to identify opportunities within the business for improved KPIs & overall productivity. Support stores in customer acquisition (CRM in-store). Support Area Marketing initiatives along with Marketing Team. Drive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent relationship building with doctors operating their clinics around Amplifon store and connect with them to drive footfall at our stores.
People management & Organisation Effectiveness:
Manage people in the store focusing on performance, learning needs, etc. along with Regional head, HR and the training team. Organize regular area meetings to align stores on targets, company objectives, etc. Leverage on Store Visits to drive performance and build learning culture to develop capabilities. Foster team spirit and collaboration in the store, driving results and motivating people. Shared responsibility, along with Regional head and HR, to scout for best Hearing Care Professional and Client Advisor talent in the market.
Operational Excellence and Workforce/Network Planning:
Analysis of the area to ensure optimal area coverage, leveraging on right workforce planning and staffing and efficient agenda management. Achieve funnel optimization and pursue untapped business and conversion opportunities. Identify possible further business growth opportunities, reach & penetration and network development in the assigned area, by proposing new stores openings and relocations, etc. Lead the adoption and implementation of key group sales initiatives and projects at area level. Guarantee the implementation of smooth store operations within compliance guidelines to support business.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Administrative responsibilities and complete accountability for the point of sales in the assigned territory. Create and action on opportunities towards building a sustainable business in the assigned territory. Foster innovation and strong ability to drive execution and meet the assigned results. Open to rigorous travel across the assigned territory. Foster a strong relationship with existing and potential clients and resolve any customer queries that come by.
Qualifications and requirements of the role:
Minimum Educational Qualification: MBA (Sales and Marketing)/relevant Post Graduate Degree. Strong business skills, analytical ability and team handling experience. Prior experience as an Area sales / Field sales role. A strong expectation from the incumbent would be critical thinking, ability to see the larger picture, analytical, skills, superior decision making and team handling. Keen to stay connected with the team and business partners, while being flexible to travel aggressively across the assigned territory. Excellent communication (written, oral) and interpersonal skills. Strong supervision & leadership acumen, leading the team by example act as a role model.
