Role Summary:
The Indirect Loan Processor II ensures that approved indirect loan applications are processed and funded in a timely manner, meeting all credit union and regulatory requirements. The Indirect Processor maintains a good rapport with our indirect partners. This position has intermediate to advanced, wide-ranging job knowledge. This position has demonstrated the ability to handle moderate responsibilities in addition to the Loan Processor role.
What You Will Be Doing: Process contracts upon approval instructions from indirect underwriter, ensuring all documentation received from the dealerships is accurate and complete for disbursement Confirm all underwriting conditions are met as stipulated in loan approval Establish, maintain and update files, databases, and records for reporting Fund and create loan Communicate with indirect business partners via email, phone or in person on progress of loan Ability to analyze, research and resolve medium complexity problems Develop knowledge and skills through formal training classes or on-the-job experience Demonstrated ability to process and fund a high volume of loans with a high degree of accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be a team player Serve as resource or Subject Matter Expert for team Work varying shifts as assigned for open hours Monday through Saturday. Work at the branch location deemed by the Credit Union to support credit Union business needs Forster ongoing relationships with business partners which may include travel
About You: 3+ years of indirect processing experience A strong familiarity of a financial institution’s products and services, preferable in a credit union environment Comprehensive knowledge of credit union history and its philosophy Actively participates in community outreach events
