The role.

Join our dynamic international team as an Indirect Procurement Manager for Korea! You will lead negotiations and manage procurement demands across various categories, ensuring the best results for our purchasing volume while adhering to legal and internal standards.

Key responsibilities:

Procurement Leadership: Oversee negotiations and manage indirect procurement needs in Korea, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.Collaborative Excellence: Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet purchasing goals and requirements.Strategic Analysis: Analyze and optimize purchase volumes in categories such as Services & Goods, Travel & Fleet, IT, Real Estate & Logistics. Identify opportunities for cost reductions and process improvements.Performance Transparency: Maintain best-in-class transparency for KPIs and strive to achieve set targets.Global Strategy Implementation: Adapt and implement global procurement strategies regionally to suit local needs.International Collaboration: Collaborate within an international team, frequently using English.Support Functions: Provide support for EHS, Real Estate, and Sustainability on an as-needed basis.

Your profile.

Proven experience in indirect procurement or a similar role.Fluency in both Korean and English.
