Samsung Electronics America and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an experienced full-time Retail Store Manager!

Samsung Stores are an interactive and fun product theater designed to treat shoppers to an immersive experience with Samsung’s products and services. At a Samsung Experience Store, we want customers to learn by experiencing Samsung products first-hand while receiving world-class service and sales experience.

As the Store Manager, you build the best direct-to-consumer retail experience. You are empathetic and composed, setting the pace and energy for all customers. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and treat each customer like they are your last. You would also be accountable for handling cash, bank deposits, and POS register processes and procedures.  In addition, the Store Manager will be accountable for the store’s overall performance.

Job Description:

Manage, motivate, direct and coordinate activities of team members to meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectivesPersonally accountable for team members and all documents pertaining to team salesResponsible to accurately track head count, office/kiosk revenue and changesEffectively provide daily direction, sales training, and guidance while ensuring retention of superior Sales RepresentativesRun all sales meetings; make daily schedule for teamsSuccessfully determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, develop, and manage new employeesAttend meetings and conference calls as requiredEnsure adherence to all company policies and proceduresAdminister and document all counseling's and terminations appropriately, accurately and in a timely manner while following established proceduresEffectively sell products and services in a retail store environmentMeet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basisAdvise customers by providing information on products and servicesHelp customers make selections by building customer confidenceResponsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail OperationsAccurately document and report salesDress and act professionally at all times

Performance Measurements:

Maintain proper headcount in market as determined by clientCustomer/client satisfaction based on team rejection percentages and substantiated complaints

Qualifications:
