​Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as the Individual Support Counselor! 

The IS Coordinator ensures the delivery of high quality, cost effective services which reflect the Mission Statement and Practice Guidelines, consistent with Riverside, the Department of Developmental Services and Quest Principles. The Coordinator is responsible for leading and directing IS Providers to provide a high quality of life for individuals living in the community.

The Coordinator is responsible for monitoring designated IS Providers, in accordance with Riverside policies, including:

Conducting home visits, to monitor and evaluate Care Provider performance, in accordance with agency and division policies. Conduct regular supervision with IS Providers in accordance with agency and division policies. Conducting monthly staff meetings.

Conducting their interactions with all personnel in a professional, fair and respectful manner

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Pay rate: $25.15/hour
