The History: Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and have been recognized as the largest operating program in the US. The Position: We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Indoor Soccer Trainer! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work *5-25 classes a week and can earn from $20 per hr up to $45 per hr. + Our Trainers use individual attention to ensure every child has success + Our Trainers use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment + Our Trainers use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success + And finally, our trainers have a blast. All Trainers are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual Requirements The majority of classes are held in indoor facilities, usually in schools or indoor sports centers. The ideal candidate would have availability during the following days and times: + Monday-Friday (Times): 10:00am - 5:00pm + Saturdays: (Times) 9:00am - 1:00pm + Sundays: (Times) 9:00am - 1:00pm Coaches may also be required to travel to different locations within the city, so reliable transportation is necessary.
