We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Induction & Training Specialist to our team. Your primary responsibility will be to support our new employees by delivering the Civeo induction and ensuring team members have all they need for a successful start at Civeo
Key responsibilities –
Liase with team members on location and training information regarding the Civeo induction Provide support and guidance to new hires during their training onboarding process Prepare training materials for induction training and completion after training activities such as training attendance records Deliver both induction and hospitality service training
Skills and experience –
Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Excellent facilitation and coaching skills Strong organisational skills Excellent communication skills
