What this job involves:
JLL is looking for a Industrial Account Manager to lead and develop our current portfolio of clients, ranging from large manufacturing sites, to warehouses and storage areas.
Industrial Account Manager is required to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal teams, managing the P&L for all the Industrial sites managed by JLL. This role will also build key relationships with Regional Account directors and Engineering teams, to always ensure an exceptional service level. You will have experience managing teams of service personal in Engineering, Cleaning and Security roles, be self-starter and able to manage own time and workload efficiently.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Work collaboratively with in the facility management team for overseeing the day-to-day facility operations and mechanical and electrical systems along with Soft Services.Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators that align with client goals and performance objectives for the account.Ensure collaboration with the Client to achieve successful budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, in line with terms of the MSA Contributes to the Growth of the Company.Deliver on all financial planning routinesManages to account budget (P&L), understands and reports on variances for all service lines and proactively identifying opportunities and strategies to meet or exceed planned revenue or reduce expenses.Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsDesired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Good Communication skill to drive teamworkGood planning and organizational skillsVendor / contractor managementStrong leadership and presentation skillFinance/Budget controlDemonstrated comfort in multi-national environmentsGood personality and service mindRequired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering or any related fieldAt least 8 years experiences in facility management/maintenance managementSolid skill in M&E maintenance facility (preventive & corrective) , Environment Health and Safety, Project management (Develop/improvement/expansion), Good command of English skillExcellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and OutlookPeople managementProblem solving skills and Analytical skillsAble to communicate and work effectively with othersTravel in the Bangkok region and Eastern Seaboard area will be required on a weekly basis.If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
