Industrial and Government Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial and Government Sales Manager to drive new business growth and increase our market share. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our radiation safety services to industrial and government customers. This is a commission-based role, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a results-oriented environment. While technical expertise is preferred, the ability to quickly learn about our radiation safety services and communicate their value effectively is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for industrial and government sectors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial and government markets. Establish and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Conduct service demonstrations and effectively communicate the benefits of radiation safety services. Offer customized solutions based on customer needs and requirements. Develop and present tailored requirements and solutions for customers, ensuring our offerings meet their specific needs. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and providing post-sale support. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Provide valuable feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Travel Requirements:
Up to 30% travel across the US to meet with customers and attend industry events.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial, technical, or government sectors. Experience selling to industrial and government customers is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships. Self-motivated, results-oriented with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
