**Industrial Cleaner** **Job Description** We are looking for an Industrial Cleaner to join our team at a concrete and cement terminal. This is a large industrial work site that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The candidate will be responsible for cleaning office spaces, business office lobbies, locker rooms, shower facilities, production areas, and the grounds. The role requires working independently in a fast-paced environment and using a power washer. **Responsibilities** $20/hour **Responsibilities** + Clean office spaces, business office lobbies, locker rooms, shower facilities, production areas, and the grounds. + Report to the worksite 15 minutes prior to shift time and discuss action items with the supervisor. + Work mostly independently and occasionally in a team. + Be responsible for cleaning the second floor but also cleaning any debris or clutter found in hallways, staircases, and elevators. + Perform basic cleaning tasks along with more intense work, such as the inspection and repair of heavy machinery or equipment. + Operate special high-powered cleaning equipment such as a power washer. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of cleaning experience in an industrial or commercial setting. + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to use a power washer. + Physical strength and stamina. + Ability to operate machinery. + Ability to follow instructions and safety regulations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Team player. + Willingness to work overtime. + Experience with cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, leaf blowers, shovels, push brooms. + High attention to detail. + Customer service skills. + Good standing attendance record. **Why Work Here?** Expect consistent hours and a stable career as a cleaner. Candidates should be open to overtime opportunities.
