In addition to highly competitive salaries, we offer a bonus program, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase program; comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, including a robust wellness program; paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days; and much more. **Pay rate: $29.31/hr** **PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION** Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of various facilities. **PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES** + Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming + Gather and empty trash + Service, clean and supply restrooms + Clean and polish furniture and fixtures + Clean windows and mirrors + Dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment + Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications + Steam clean or shampoo carpets + Strip, seal, finish and polish floors. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** + High School diploma or GED + Ability to receive unescorted Nuclear access + Ability to transit to work location (Walk, Stairs, Ladders, Use Elevator, etc.) + Manually carry, lift or handle material <= 20 lbs. and occasionally handle material > 20 lbs. + Body positioning (Stand, Sit, Bend, Squat, Crawl, Kneel, Reach over Shoulder Height) + Ability to work different shifts + Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Heavy equipment operation experience, including backhoe, front-end loader.
