What You'll Do Complete industrial construction projects including: concrete work, post-tensioning, waterproofing, structural rehab, slab on grade, etc. Use hand and power tools such as an angle grinder, concrete saw, chipping hammer, etc. Operate industrial construction equipment and tools in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Attend training regarding applicable equipment Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition Mentor and train team members on proper equipment use Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies, rules, and regulations What You'll Need Must be able to travel for work and stay on travel job sites for up to 2 weeks Possess knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the industrial construction field Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditions Able to stand for long periods of time Valid driver's license with current motor vehicle insurance and a clean driving record Minimum 1 year experience in construction and or manufacturing environment Able to multitask and collaborate effectively within a functional, technical, multidiscipline and team to plan and meet aggressive deadlines Your Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
