ROLE
The person will provide support to the controlling team of PowerLink for all the activities related to projects’ controlling, monthly financial closure and reporting to the HQ.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Projects’ cost control and cost allocations between the projectsMonthly review of the projects’ budget to be used for the monthly closure and forecastAnalysis of the open purchase orders in SAPSupport to the Project Management team to explain the projects’ performanceSupport the invoicing process to the customerProcess the month end accrualsVerification of the correctness of the invoices received in terms of the VAT and check the existence of the purchase orderProvide the financial details needed by the branches to comply with local fiscal dutiesSupport the month end closure and the preparation of the reporting to the HeadquarterPrysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
