The Industrial Electrical Foreman position serves as an essential part of job site leadership and successful electrical system installs on our industrial projects. Our foremen are responsible for ensuring a quality install for our customers and doing so by promoting safety at all times.\n

Desired skills for this role include:\n\n5+ years of industrial electrical experience\n2+ years of job site leadership experience\nGreat interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal\nExceptional leadership skills; dedication and patience are key\nAble to read and interpret all job site documentation with no supervision\nEnsure that installations are done per job documents and drawings \nProvide a safe job site for you and your team\nMust have a valid driver's license\n\n

Preferred skills:\n\nPLC install, controls, and troubleshooting experience\nBasic computer skills; Microsoft Office, Internet, Email\n\n
