Temp-to-Hire position$28.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredSecond Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 03:45pm to 04:00pm)Conduct regular preventive maintenance on all production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.Repair or replace machine components such as bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges, switches, and other electrical parts, as needed.Identify and troubleshoot issues by observing equipment in operation, dismantling devices when necessary, and examining parts for wear or defects.Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols, cleaning and lubricating equipment, initiating purchase orders for parts, and participating in the on-call program or additional hours if required.Industrial Electrician Qualifications:
Comprehensive knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLC troubleshooting; electrician's license preferred but not required.Skilled in machine setup, equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance, with a focus on following all safety protocols.Proficient in PLC troubleshooting, programming, and interpreting electrical control and mechanical assembly drawings, as well as equipment service manuals.Capable of diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues in production and facility equipment, including emergency breakdown repairs.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
