Industrial Electrician

Position Overview
We are a state of the art facility in the oil and gas sector that is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team. The primary objective of this position is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical machinery and equipment in an industrial setting. 

We are looking for candidates that are Junior to Lead or Supervisor Electricians. 

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial settingRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systemsWork with high voltage systems Perform regular maintenance on electrical equipment, including using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic toolsEnsure compliance with NEC and other safety regulationsTroubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment, including HMI, PLC, and other electronic control systems (preferred)

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or in a similar roleFamiliarity with NEC and other safety regulationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagramsExperience using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic toolsProficiency with hand and power toolsKnowledge of high voltage systems and lockout/tagout proceduresKnowledge of HMI and PLC systems (preferred)
