Shift/Hours: 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm, 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am, Wednesdays are down days and will be a 12 HR shift.

Compensation: the rate will depend on the experience level, a level 2 is $40.56/HR.

Additional Bonus: Immediately eligible to participate in annual bonus program

Role and Responsibilities:

This employee must demonstrate core skills, which include understanding company safety policies and JSA’s while performing tasks at all times while on the premises. Adherence to the SGC Principles of Conduct and Action guidelines, as well as, the five SGC Attitudes are required. This employee will be responsible for PLC programing, troubleshooting and maintaining efficient operation of various drives as well as calibrating instrumentation controls throughout the manufacturing production lines. The incumbent will have responsibility to provide support to plant staff engineers in all projects in the areas of design, installation, documentation, and training additional employees with various projects. This employee will also implement smaller projects as requested from maintenance work orders, process and safety teams along with departmental suggestions. This employee must understand the statistical process control (SPC), have knowledge of product line and manufacturing standards, follow verbal and written instructions.
