Job Title: Industrial Electrician
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. You will work alongside the maintenance team and be responsible for repairing and maintaining a variety of systems and machines, including cranes, mills, lathes, booths, and burn tables. You will also perform work on drive motors, VFDs, 3 Phase motors, limit switches, controls, and sensors.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of equipment.Repair and maintain systems and machines such as cranes, mills, lathes, booths, burn tables, etc.Work on drive motors, VFDs, 3 Phase motors, limit switches, controls, and sensors.Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues within the plant.Read and interpret voltages and schematics.Test and troubleshoot wires and components.Essential Skills8+ years of experience as an industrial electrician.Proficiency in electrical systems, industrial wiring, VFDs, drive motors, sensors, and limit switches.Ability to read voltages and schematics.Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.Experience with motor control.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to respond quickly to electrical issues in the plant.Strong testing and troubleshooting skills for wires and components.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work in an industrial setting, dealing with various electrical systems and machinery. The environment includes working with drive motors, 3 Phase motors, sensors, controls, and switches. The work schedule may include shifts, and appropriate safety gear and attire are required.

This is a Contract position based out of Cordova, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
