Volt is hiring an Industrial Engineer work onsite in Lock Haven, PA in a Direct Hire opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

As the Industrial Engineer, you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tDevelops/processes work centers, routers, Engineering Change Notifications, and product structures.\r\n\tResponsible for taking, recording, establishing, and updating time studies of manufacturing operations.\r\n\tInterfaces with Process Engineering regarding processes they have selected on new products.\r\n\tMakes recommendations regarding methods improvements on existing products.\r\n\tResponsible for continually improving current processes by analyzing direct/indirect labor, equipment, and processing costs to insure the most economical manufacturing procedures and processes are utilized.\r\n\tPosition requires compliance with the Technology Control Plan and the Federal Export Control Policy established for the Corporation.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering field required.\r\n\tExperience with wire cut to length, Terminal applicator press, Sonic splicing, Cirris test.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tKnowledge of Root Cause / Corrective Action Analysis\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExperience with CAD and MS Office.\r\n\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

Salary: $80K annually *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
