Job Title: Industrial Engineer Job Description We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to optimize material flow integration throughout our facility. This role involves designing processes from supplier to shipment of finished goods and leading continuous improvement activities. The ideal candidate will manage the expansion of material flow processes, develop and maintain best practices for logistics, and ensure smooth material handling and delivery. Responsibilities + Design processes for material flow integration from supplier to shipment of finished goods. + Lead continuous improvement activities to resolve material flow challenges within the facility. + Manage the expansion of material flow processes. + Develop and maintain best practices for internal and external logistics, focusing on kitting, sequencing, and material handling automation. + Communicate with materials, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with objectives. + Oversee indirect labor activities, including defining kitting and milk run operations and calculating process times to maximize labor and space efficiency. + Ensure smooth material handling and delivery throughout the facility.
