Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams.• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing production process, identify bottlenecks and waste points, propose and implement improvement measures to achieve process optimization.• Develop standardized operation instructions (Sops) to ensure consistency and replicability of production operations and reduce human errors.• According to the production needs, rationally plan the layout of the production line to ensure the smooth flow of materials and reduce the handling distance and time.• Design or improve fixture, production auxiliary equipment, etc., to improve production efficiency and product quality.• Use cost analysis tools to evaluate costs in the production process and identify cost savings opportunities.• Implement cost control measures, such as reducing material loss, improving equipment utilization, etc., to achieve cost savings.• Participate in the development and application of MES system to support production, and meet the needs of the system for subsequent new business• Optimize the current production system platform (SAP system, repair platform, QR code system) to improve application efficiency• Make annual equipment maintenance plan, and carry out maintenance and maintenance of equipment and tooling as required• Evaluate the introduction of new equipment• Lead or participate in lean production, Six Sigma and other continuous improvement projects to promote the continuous optimization of production systems.• Participated in the company's OpEx project, organized the production quality implementation cost improvement project, and met the company's annual Saving target
Qualifications for the roleBachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering, such as mechanical engineering, automation, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, electronic engineering, etc • At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry Professional knowledge: familiar with industrial production processes and processes, master production management knowledge and methods, and have good data analysis ability. Software skills: Proficient in relevant computer software, such as CAD (computer-aided design), ERP (enterprise resource planning), MES (Manufacturing execution System), etc., in order to carry out process design, production scheduling and data analysis. Project experience: Participated in IE related projects, with actual project operation experience, able to independently complete the whole process of project planning to implementation. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to use English to carry out necessary work communication. Communication skills: Strong communication skills and teamwork skills, good at communicating with people in different departments, and able to coordinate and solve problems. Logical analysis ability: able to conduct in-depth analysis of complex problems and propose practical solutions. Sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure: strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to work under certain pressure to ensure the smooth completion of work tasks. Learning ability: good at learning new knowledge, new skills, adapt to industry development and technological change.
