What will be your key responsibilities?  

This role allows you to apply your expertise in industrial engineering while dedicating part of your time to advancing technology-driven solutions. As an Industrial Engineer, you will:

Measure the (cost) efficiency of the factory and developing plans to optimize it.

Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities to improve worker efficiency.

Plan the flow of work or materials to maximize efficiency.

Develop or implement programs to address problems related to production, materials, safety, or quality.

Modify equipment or processes to improve resource or cost efficiency. 

As an Implementation Technologist, you will:

Identify and implement technological solutions to improve industrial operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into workflows.Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance performance.

What are we looking for?  Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level. You’ll holds self and others accountable to meet commitments. You’ll make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward. You’ll make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. Proficiency in Dutch is not required, but it’s a plus!
