Industrial Engineer Responsibilities + Process Improvement + Drive projects aimed at reducing material costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses. + Automation Integration + Implement and manage automation solutions to enhance production efficiency and reduce manual effort. + Performance Evaluation + Conduct detailed assessments of workforce performance, work hours, and efficiency. + Maintain and improve systems for ongoing performance tracking + Fixture and Tooling Assessment + Evaluate the required quantities of jigs and fixtures to support production needs effectively. + Facility Layout Planning + Design and optimize facility layouts to improve workflow and space utilization. Qualifications + Proven experience in cross-national communication and collaboration. + Strong cross-functional teamwork and coordination skills. + Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction. + Experience with automation technologies and system maintenance. Preferred Skills + Background in manufacturing or production environments. + Proficiency in process evaluation tools and software. + Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
