Seeking: Industrial Engineer to join our team in Mauldin, SC This is an onsite position in Mauldin Responsibilities: + Develop, analyze, and improve the layout of manufacturing facilities to optimize workflow and maximize space utilization. + Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate the impact of new layouts on productivity and safety. + Design and implement efficient warehouse layouts, ensuring proper storage, inventory flow, and accessibility. + Analyze material handling systems and recommend improvements in storage solutions, transportation methods, and picking/packing operations. + Work with warehouse teams to optimize space, reduce travel time, and increase overall throughput. + Apply lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools to identify and eliminate waste in production and warehouse operations. + Lead root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to resolve operational inefficiencies. Skills and Experience: + Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. + 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on manufacturing layouts, warehouse design, and process optimization. + Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and process improvement techniques. + Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and/or warehouse management systems (WMS). + Ability to travel up to 50% of the time We Offer: + Medical, Dental, Vision + 401k + PTO, Vacation, Paid Holidays + Smart Casual Dress Code
