Job Description
We are seeking an Industrial Engineer who will be assigned to a production line. You will collaborate with production, manufacturing, and quality teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our processes. Your role will involve facilitating Tier 1 meetings, conducting data analysis, initiating improvement projects, and creating KPIs and tracking systems for business units.

This is a first shift opportunity (8am-5pm) working in medical device manufacturing. Each Industrial Engineer supports one of the six production lines at the site. There are currently three Industrial Engineers on the team. You will always be working on novel situations, new challenges, and projects, with the potential for the duration to be extended and/or converted to a full-time position.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $48.00/hr.
