Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar Engineering degree
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Experience with Discrete Event Simulation
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma
• Experience using CAD
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project
Desired Skills:
• Tableau/SQL/Python/Data Analytics experience
• Experience with Pro Model or Simio simulation modeling
• JIRA/Confluence experience
• Linear Programming experience
• VBA experience
• Manufacturing Experience
• Factory Capacity, Make/Buy, Machine & Manpower Analysis Experience
• Facilities Layout/Factory Design Experience
• Capital Insertion Payback Period/Return on Investment Analysis based on Process Improvement Savings
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
