Job Responsibilities:
Simulation for validation of recommended changes to current process
Involved in Kaizen events with assisting in implementation for proposed improvements
Assist in 5s activities to improve the workflow and environment of the employees
Participate in launch projects
Updates and maintains procedures and documents related to the Industrial Engineering position
Review and validate standard work documentation
Review and validate balance chart of lines
Review and validate production capacity sheets
Review and validate equipment contingency plans
Comply and develop reporting for Industrial Engineering KPI’s
BS in Industrial Engineering or related field such as manufacturing or mechanical engineering, required.
2-3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment will be considered.
Master’s degree in engineering field a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in computer skills:
Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Negotiation skills, planning, leadership skills
