Industrial Engineer
+ Degree in Engineering + 2-4 Years experience as an Industrial Engineer + Experience with EHS is preferred. This is a hybrid role, and candidates without prior safety experience who are eager to learn will be considered. + Process Flow Ergogenic, Lean manufacturing, Process Engineering, Production Engineering, Safety Best Practices + Process analysis: Studying current production processes to identify, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement through data collection, time studies, and work observation. + System design: Developing new or improved production systems, including workflow optimization, equipment layout, and material handling methods to enhance efficiency. + Cost analysis: Estimating production costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and analyzing the financial impact of process changes. + Quality control: Implementing quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and minimize defects. + Capacity planning: Assessing production capacity and making recommendations to meet demand fluctuations. + Project management: Leading improvement projects from conception to implementation, including project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. + Data analysis: Utilizing data analysis tools to identify trends and patterns to inform decision-making. + Lean manufacturing: Applying lean principles to eliminate waste and improve overall operational efficiency. + Ergonomics: Designing workstations to minimize worker fatigue and improve safety. + Collaboration: Working with other departments such as engineering, operations, and management to implement process improvements. _Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
