Job Responsibilities

Assist Micron’s Corporate Planning, Marketing, and PE Groups during “high-touch” portions of products’ lifecyclesFacilitate impromptu meetings that may require cross-functional teams to solve issues with our NVE productsManage the supply of material during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phaseCoordinate priority movement of product in manufacturing as defined by Marketing and PECoordinate shipment with Sales, Marketing, and Finished Goods (FG)Coordinate Exception and/or Engineering Builds throughout Micron’s manufacturing facilitiesIdentify and tag specific material as requestedDirect customer sample buildsManage engineering buildsVerify and ensure product exception flows are set for specified materialsEnsure Master Data, Capacity, Inventory, and Quality Concerns are being tracked for the NVE PE GroupRepresent all BU needs with cross-functional supply-chain master data teams (Bill of Material (BOM), Product Nomenclature, Attributes, etc.)Coordinate disposition and release of held material throughout manufacturing linesTrack engineering material for PE (Quality, SWR, etc.)Ensure appropriate documentation exists (Probe Ship Part Type, (PSPT), ZVProdID, MAM attributes, Firmware Wave Settings)Investigate and debug issues related to shipments as well as material characteristicsAssist QRA teams with material genealogy and containmentProvide consultation services to multiple departments (BU, Sales, QA, MPSS, etc.) regarding material and shipment issuesBuild, track, monitor, and publish documentation that supports job responsibilitiesBuild and publish process documentation that defines procedures for daily tasksTrack and publish historical shipment data, SAP Finished Goods inventory, MAM inventory, and/or defined weekly reports that relate to NVE productsInitiate and Drive workstreams to attain desired results that benefit NVE PE GroupCompile Findings, Analyze and Derived Recommendations on Improvements and Forward PathDrive Partners on timely work and keep workstream on track towards end GoalFacilitate the management of expectations and alignment to achieve a positive outcome for all parties involved  

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field1 year of experience in Planning/Forecasting/EngineeringExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to work independently in a very fast-paced environment and adapt to daily changesDrive to investigate root-cause and provide corrective actions for system inefficienciesVery strong spreadsheet skills, experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power Bi) and Automation will be added advantageAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple projectsExperience in Micron manufacturing outside of the fab, such as back end and SIGExtensive knowledge of SAP Production Modules, Material Master, BOMs, MRP, etc.
