Some initial tasks will support the below objectives: + Capacity modeling of fab tools. + Training Infrastructure improvements + 7S support/leadership + Cycle time reduction + OEE implementation + Automating data analysis/visualization + Operations documentation creation of an OPS PLAYBOOK. + Quality/Operations support through minimization of wafer handling and misprocessing events. + Lot scheduling tools using excel and Python. + Support the creation of functionally effective dashboards. + KPI creation for operations floor. + Support Continuous improvement initiatives. + Reduce engineering hold times by optimizing process instruction/mapping **Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status** **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** Minimum Requirements: + Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering or related degree + 4 years experience in the Manufacturing industry in Industrial engineering capacity + Ability to work in clean room environment wearing full smock **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Project management + JMP + Python programming language + Advanced Excel capabilities **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
