We’re seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Engineer for the F-35 Forward Fuselage area in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll optimize production processes, drive efficiency, and lead continuous improvement initiatives through innovative, "above the floor" solutions and advanced automation techniques.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Production Planning: Analyze and develop production schedules and staffing plans to ensure seamless production flow.
• Metrics and Monitoring: Create and monitor production health metrics to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement activities, focusing on enhancing production efficiency through the use of automation and advanced software tools.
• Project Management: Take on project management responsibilities to drive key initiatives within the F-35 Forward Fuselage area.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and other support functions to ensure alignment on production goals and initiatives.
• Data-Driven Solutions: Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and develop strategies for optimizing production processes.
