Industrial Engineer Trainee

Job Description

As the Industrial Engineer trainee-your focus will be to: 

Support in calculating Standard Minute Value (SMV) . 

Engage in developing different support tool to secure SMV for costing.  

Develop feature through operation analysis in GSD/internal SMV estimation tool. 

Secure capacity by supporting capacity registration and validation process. 

Work with different stakeholder like assortment and Supplier to secure costing/capacity elements. 

Support in costing related project based on the organization need to secure costing excellence. 

Qualifications

Bachelor in industrial /Textile Engineering. 

 

Experience: 

1-2 years IE related experience in Garments Manufacturing Industry. 

 

Technical Skill: 

Knowledge on product & garments manufacturing process of Woven/Knit/UW. 

Knowledge on MTM /GSD/GST (GSD/GST certification will get preference) 

Capable of SMV calculation/Operation bulletin preparation. 

Understanding on garments costing elements.  

Good knowledge in excel/Power point etc. 

Project management skill. 

 

Soft Skill: 

Strong analytical & negotiation skill. 

Team player. 

Agile mentality & ready to accept new challenge. 

Quick learning ability.
