Emerson co-ops are given meaningful work, support, and mentorship from experienced managers and key business leaders. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** • Update and create better flow for assembly area through improving layout of benches, parts layouts and assembly tools • Design custom brackets and displays for monitors in assembly area to be both highly visible yet not obstructing assembly process • Learn process of assembly and define key areas that visual aids will assist the most • Selection and installation of visual monitors and diagrams in key locations along assembly benches • Familiarization with Solid Edge 3D CAD to create rendered images of assembly views • 3D CAD ballon views of subassemblies with part numbers shown and assembly orientation • Creation of content for assembly training including videos and hands on models and teaching aids • Digitizing Work instructions to be viewed with tablets at assembly benches • Creating video content for assembly benches to be displayed while in process • Creating digital final assembly completion checklists and quality checks **Who You Are:** You are creative and stay aligned with your goals and stay productive.
