We are seeking Undergraduate freshman, sophomore, and junior students working towards a degree in Industrial Engineering for a 10-Week Student Intern role in Frederick, MD for a June 2nd - August 8th contract period.

Position Duties:

Facilitate problem solving sessions with manufacturing, quality, and/or technology departments to develop process improvement resolutions.Support continuous improvement opportunities throughout the site to bolster efficiency and lean aspirations.

Position Requirements:

Undergraduate freshman, sophomore, and junior students working towards a degree in Industrial Engineering**Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2025.MS Office with Excel experience is requiredExposure to Lean Practices (5S, Continuous Improvement, Tier Meetings)Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design.US Work Authorization is required at time of application.Applicants must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa (e.g., CPT, H1-B, F-1 (OPT), TN, or other non-immigrant status). This role will not be providing CPT or OPT support.Ability to report onsite to Frederick, MD 5 days a week. This role will not provide relocation assistance, and local candidates will be prioritized.Minimum grade point average of 3.0
