This roll will be split between Indian Trail, SC and Greensboro, NC. Application is open to individuals located in these areas or the greater Charlotte metro. This individual manages the development, implementation, and maintenance of all labor management programs, and the corresponding Incentive Program administration. Skills and Requirements Must Haves:  Industrial Engineering (IE) Degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in a management/ supervisor position.  Strong understanding / background with Distribution Engineering (Preference for Distribution Experience versus Retail or Manufacturing)  Experience with Developing, implementing and managing Engineered Labor standards  Strong Communication / Presentation skills  Upside Potential Promotability  Strong math and analytical skills o Regression analysis, Statistical analysis o Fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations  Strong with excel o Vlookups, pivot tables, writing queries, dissecting existing queries, reverse engineering through queries Plusses:  Any certs with Time Study or predetermined time systems (MTM, Most)  Project Management Certifications / Lean / Six Sigma  PowerBI for Report Generation  Warehouse / Transportation System Background / Experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
