What you'll do as: Facilities Tech
- Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems
- Repair of Electrical systems and Generators
- Compliance with LOTO procedures
- Troubleshooting building infrastructure systems
- Performing monthly inspections on production equipment
Work Experience
The preferred candidate might:
- Experience with maintenance CMMS system
- Knowledge of Red Tag Permit Instructions
- Ability to collaborate with building management
- Experience in reporting maintenance metrics
- Valid driver's license for travel to different locations
