Industrial Food Inspector
Job Description

The quality technician is responsible for following procedures to ensure accurate and safe Good Manufacturing Practices are being followed according to USDA and FDA regulations. The quality technician is also responsible for ensuring product quality standards are being met. This position requires attention to detail as well as organization skills as it involves a lot of paperwork.


Responsible for finished product incubation and testing for product compliance in monthly audits.Inspect food processing facilities to guarantee adherence to regulations. Inspect food components and final goodsGather and analyze samples of food itemsRecognize and communicate violations, flaws, risks, or deviationsSuggest corrective measures, precautionary steps, or enhancementsExamine grievances concerning food safetyDeliver instructional sessions on food handling and safety protocols

Work Experience
This position requires attention to detail as well as organization skills as it involves a lot of paperworkResponsible for finished product incubation and testing for product compliance in monthly audits.Knowledge of sanitation practices and control measuresSkill in applying, interpreting, and explaining standardsExperience in monitoring processing operationsExperience in identifying potential sources of contamination
