**Job Title: HVAC Technician $40-55/HR** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The role involves commercial service, retrofitting, and installation of HVAC equipment, as well as repairs on chillers, boilers, air rotation units, rooftop units, and other HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment, installing new parts, and replacing or repairing various pumps, refrigeration equipment, pneumatic valves, electric valves, heat transfer equipment, and ventilation and air distribution equipment. **Responsibilities** + Perform commercial service, retrofitting, and installation of HVAC equipment + Repair chillers, boilers, air rotation units, and rooftop units + Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment + Install new parts on existing equipment + Repair or replace various pumps, refrigeration equipment, pneumatic valves, electric valves, heat transfer equipment, and ventilation and air distribution equipment **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience in large commercial or industrial HVAC + EPA Universal Certification + Clean driving record + Possess own hand tools and meters **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with high-rise buildings or manufacturing facilities **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive work environment with numerous benefits, including only being on call twice a year, unlimited overtime available but never mandatory, double time on Sundays, and a replacement tool allowance.
