Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking a safety professional to provide Industrial Hygiene and Construction Safety Program and Field Oversight Support. This position involves a combination of industrial hygiene surveys, construction safety oversight, and programmatic safety support. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting field assessments, reviewing safety documentation, and utilizing a variety of industrial hygiene and safety equipment.

Responsibilities: Review Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs) for construction and renovation projects to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards. Perform construction site safety observations and document findings in the observation system. Evaluate and comment on various construction safety submittals. Conduct industrial hygiene surveys, including: Asbestos and lead bulk, wipe, and air sampling. Noise monitoring and exposure assessments. Confined space evaluations and 4-gas meter usage. Mercury spill assessments and cleanup response. Indoor air quality surveys. Use industrial hygiene and safety equipment to support customer requests and safety group initiatives. Enter survey and sampling data into the Industrial Hygiene (IH) database. Provide support for confined space operations, including hazard assessments and documentation. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant safety and industrial hygiene regulations. Experience conducting field assessments and using industrial hygiene monitoring and sampling equipment. Proficiency in documenting findings and entering data into safety or industrial hygiene databases. Strong communication and analytical skills to review safety documentation and provide actionable recommendations. Ability to work collaboratively with construction teams, safety groups, and other stakeholders.
